About Me
Born in Kent, moved to Sussex, joined the RAF as an apprentice in 1956, graduated as a Junior Technician with the 84th Entry RAF Halton. Posted to RAF Wattisham and then to RAF Idris, Tripoli, Libya. Came home on leave and met Meg, now my wife for the last 46 years. Two daughters, Lynn who is the Exchequer Services Manager for the South Wales Fire Sevice and Tracy who is deputy head at the Blenheim Road School, Cwmbran. On demob I worked as a Work Stusdy Engineer for the East Anglian Regional Hospital Board and then Eastern Elecgtricity in Ipswich. I moved across to O&M in 1975 and then to the South Wales Electricity Board in 1978. Became 'computerised' in 1985 and the Information Centre Consultant before ending up as the end user computing training manager.
